Introduction

Welcome to Variations Specialty Hip Movements!

In this 73-minute session we will start with Isolation Drills to warm up. From there we will review we will review and drill hip-lifts, hip-drops and variations. You will then learn some signature movements from famous Egyptian dancers in addition to other specialty hip movements. Then you can enjoy using your new moves an a short combination!
